At Tableau Atelier, every floral arrangement is handcrafted with fresh flowers and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before floral preparation has begun.
Once your order has entered the preparation stage or has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations and refunds are generally not available.
2. Refunds and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not reasonably match the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the flowers and packaging
Once reviewed, we may, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement arrangement;
- Store credit; or
- A partial or full refund.
3. Flower Substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
If certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with flowers of similar colour, style, and value while maintaining the overall design and quality of the arrangement.
Flower substitutions do not qualify for a refund.
4. Delivery Issues
Please ensure the recipient's name, address, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- The recipient being unavailable;
- Restricted access to the delivery location; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or road closures.
Additional delivery charges may apply if a redelivery is required.
5. Perishable Products
Fresh flowers naturally change in appearance over time. Variations in bloom size, colour, fragrance, and longevity are normal and are not considered defects.
We do not offer refunds for normal ageing or improper care after delivery.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;
- Orders that have been successfully delivered;
- Minor variations resulting from seasonal flower availability.
