Flower Availability
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?
Every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers. While we aim to recreate each design as closely as possible, certain blooms may occasionally be substituted due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or higher value and maintain the overall style and colour palette.
Flower Care
How do I keep my flowers fresh?
- Trim approximately 1–2 cm from the stems before placing them in water.
- Use a clean vase filled with fresh water.
- Replace the water every two days.
- Remove any leaves below the waterline.
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat and ripening fruits.
With proper care, most fresh flowers will last between 5–7 days, depending on the flower variety.
Delivery
Which days do you deliver?
We currently deliver from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not available on selected public holidays unless otherwise announced.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
You may indicate your preferred delivery time during checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to route planning and traffic conditions.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery may be available for selected products if your order is placed before our daily cut-off time. Availability depends on flower stock and delivery capacity.
Self Pick-up
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Self pick-up is available by appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments including:
